Our 2nd stop was at Urban Ashram Yoga. We were welcomed by Studio Managaer, Lexi Payumo. She guided us around the studio and showed us each well-maintained and relaxing room and shower room. After the short tour, she prepared a slide show for us and showed us the benefits of yoga and how we can practice it even while working. She also demonstrated some poses that could help us with our posture and good blood circulation.

After the presentation and helpful yoga tips, we were each given a free one-week pass to Urban Ashram so we can try and practice yoga ourselves.
