The Pool Bar at Fairmont Makati’s most spirited Sunday is back. Liquid Brunch returns on 14 June 2026, bringing its signature blend of Patron Tequila cocktails, a live DJ, and poolside energy back to the 4th floor of Fairmont Makati for another season.

Running from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Liquid Brunch has already made its mark as a standing appointment for Makati’s socially active crowd, the local community, hotel guests, and anyone who believes a great Sunday deserves a great afternoon. The June edition continues what is fast becoming one of the city’s favourite monthly rituals.
A POOLSIDE PARTNERSHIP WITH PATRÓN TEQUILA
Liquid Brunch is brought to life in partnership with Patrón Tequila, the world’s leading premium tequila brand. Guests can expect a curated selection of Patrón-forward cocktails — led by the signature Paloma — crafted by The Pool Bar team to suit a sun-lit afternoon by the water. Patrón Silver anchors the drinks programme, available across all beverage packages and at the bar throughout the event.

Whether arriving solo or taking over a cabana with the whole group, Liquid Brunch offers a range of packages to suit every occasion. Walk-in guests are welcome from PHP 600 per person, which includes entry to the event, pool use, and a welcome drink to start the afternoon right.

For those who want to go further, table packages are available for small groups, each inclusive of a bottle of Patrón Tequila Silver, mixers, and a selection of poolside bites — including the Signature Guacamole and Chips and Truffle Quesadilla. Larger groups can take advantage of the Big Cabana package, designed for eight, with additional bottles and sharing plates to keep the afternoon going.
