But beyond the spontaneous or planned photoshoots, there’s also plenty of room to make new memories—or in our case, spearhead a collaborative project where we can be creative, expressive, and think outside the box!
Here’s what we did: a podcast
In August, WhenInManila.com’s hardworking editorial and video team collaborated to shoot the first two episodes of “Para Po: A WhenInManila.com Podcast.”
With a short timeframe to conceptualize and produce an educational yet engaging podcast that takes a deep dive into Generation Z’s behavior and interests, the team had to look for a creative space to shoot and finally make the vision a reality! Thankfully, Midnight Dream Studio has been easy to work with.

They have over 40 dream sets to choose from, which can serve as a beautiful backdrop to your upcoming projects. For our podcast, we decided to opt for this set-up. If you have other backdrops in mind for your individual or group projects, there are so many sets that will most likely suit your needs.
With our experience, we were able to shoot our podcast episodes the way we wanted them to be. Their staff has been very accommodating throughout our stay, and they also had professional equipment that you can borrow for your personal projects or work campaigns.
Although the rain at that time was so loud and there were already people having their own photoshoots near our set later on in the day, we were still able to execute the episodes with so much ease and successfully capped the day with no worries from our end.

Apart from the actual podcast shoot, we also had a VIP room to ourselves. It’s a small room where the team can gather and brainstorm their ideas, or just simply eat and take a quick break before we break a leg and proceed with the shoot!
If you’re also planning to start a passion project, shoot a podcast, work for a campaign, or organize a small- to medium-scale event, book in advance to secure the studio! Check their rates here.
