UPMC’s Christmas Concert: A Voice for Hope and a Cause

The internationally acclaimed University of the Philippines Manila Chorale (UPMC) is set to present its much-anticipated benefit Christmas program, Nangangaroling po!: Tinig ng Ligaya, Pagsibol ng Pag-asa, on December 7 at 7 PM at the Central United Methodist Church, Kalaw, Ermita, Manila.

Recently awarded the Grand Prix at the 59th Prof. Jan Szyrocki International Choral Festival in Poland after representing the Philippines on the international stage in June 2024, UPMC continues to give back to the community through this charitable event. The chorale will perform 15 holiday pieces composed and arranged by local and international artists, including Cayabyab, Alcala, and Rutter. The funds raised will benefit the Children’s Rehabilitation Center (CRC), a non-government organization that provides psychosocial support to children who are victims or survivors of state violence and abuse.
