2. FLOW gives you the best leisure experience! For our retreat, we had yoga, taught by yoga instructor: Pattie (who was the owner of Cintai Corito’s Garden as well!)

We did two activities:
a) Sunset Ashtanga yoga in which we did Asanas for detoxifying the body. Perfect for us, who were mostly comprised of yoga beginners!
b) Sunrise Vinyasa yoga class

As a first-time ‘doer’ of Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, I can honestly say that the experience was refreshing. Yogi Pattie was also very helpful in ensuring that we were doing the right Asanas. And by the end of it all, I swear, though my body ached a bit after having twisted it in pretzel-like positions (LOL) I just felt so relaxed and refreshed in a way that I didn’t think would be possible (heck, we did have an intense yoga session!

So, needless to say, after this retreat, I bought a yoga mat. *wink* I’m definitely going to do more yoga from now on! …I guess, FLOW can also convert you to a healthy exercise regimen, you know? 😉

3. FLOW offers an interesting Raw Food and Green Smoothie Workshop

…which would be very helpful in slowly detoxifying your body. FLOW already provides the recipes and demonstrates it for you; and they’re all such easy recipes and you could even purchase the ingredients from your local supermarket or even from them (for ingredients such as chia seeds, etc.)

I definitely enjoyed this as I have learned a lot about superfoods, raw recipes, and more!
