Terrazas de Punta Fuego, Nasugbu: Feel Like You’re in Bali

Terrazas de Punta Fuego, Nasugbu: Feel Like You’re in Bali

The town of Nasugbu, Batangas is just 3 hours away from all of the hustlin’ and bustlin’ we get everyday in Manila.  And in that beautiful town, there is this lush and exclusive seaside resort where you’ll feel like you’ve just been teleported to Bali, Indonesia: the Terrazas de Punta Fuego.

Ten to fifteen minutes away from their ‘sister resort’, the heavenly Club Punta Fuego, this beautiful enclave is a great destination for weekend family/barkada road trips. Bask in the splendor of releasing your tensions from the concrete jungle while feeling like you’re doing it in Bali, but on the beautiful Philippine shores of Nasugbu – and for less!

From the Club Punta Fuego Yacht Club, we hopped aboard a speedboat along with Ms. Ronie Reyes, Club Punta Fuego’s Marketing Communications Manager, for our 15-minute boat ride to Terrazas de Punta Fuego. It was my first time to ride a fully-operating speedboat, and whew, was it amazing!

Finally, after a splendid speedboat experience, we reached Bali, Indonesia- I mean, Terrazas de Punta Fuego, Nasugbu! The evergreen landscape of Terrazas was simply charming, making us feel like we had just warped to a fine beach in Bali.

Terrazas de Punta Fuego’s 800-meter stretch of fine sand protected by an evergreen sanctuary-like forest

Just 3 hours away from Manila, 45 minutes away from Tagaytay and 10-15 minutes away from the Punta Fuego peninsula, Terrazas de Punta Fuego fuses both Asian and Spanish Mediterranean architecture to make one feel like they’re in a local version of Bali, Indonesia.

It boasts a size of 61 hectares, including an 800-meter stretch of an amazingly appaling beach made up of fine white sand, 28 units of cabanas, some ongoing exclusive residential condo developments and various other facilities.

After the refreshments, we began our brief tour of the beach club, the beach of which is considered to be the best swimming beach in Batangas. Well, it definitely seems to be true!
