Whenever one thinks of a restaurant for a special occasion, one of the names that pop to mind is Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila’s Spiral. The flagship restaurant of the French luxury hotel is known for its dramatic spiral staircase, its 21 dining ateliers featuring the best international cuisine, and the elegant vibe of both the hotel and the restaurant.
It seems like not only Filipinos think highly of Sofitel’s Spiral. In a recent list by TripAdvisor, a travel review website, Spiral was declared as one of travelers’ fine dining restaurants in Asia for 2014. On TripAdvisor, some of the reviews are, “The best buffet in Manila” and “I want to go back!”
