Whether you are a freshman taking your first steps on campus, a shiftee forging a new direction, or a transferee searching for a place to belong, you walk a path that is uniquely yours. A Horizon of Opportunities
To help you chart your path and offer a horizon of opportunities, UP Circuit, a duly recognized academic and non-profit student organization based in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute (EEEI) at the University of the Philippines Diliman, proudly presents InteraCKT 16: New Voyages, a three-day event happening on August 5, 6, and 8, 2026, at the EEEI.
InteraCKT is UP Circuit’s annual flagship welcoming event crafted for the Freshie, Shiftee, and Transferee (FST) community of the EEEI. Designed to help students adjust and transition into their exciting new adventure as undergraduates, the event provides a platform to meet peers, make new acquaintances, build meaningful connections, and become familiar with their new home at EEEI.
What to Expect at InteraCKT 16: New Voyages?
For this year’s iteration, InteraCKT returns with an exciting theme, New Voyages, bringing beloved traditions with fresh twists and, most importantly, a new team of Freshie Relations guides to help participants navigate their new home.
Day 1: Welcoming Event (August 5 | Online)
Enjoy the festivities from the comfort of your home. Take those first steps toward meeting your peers through fun games and engaging icebreakers that are sure to get everyone involved. The highlight of the day is Kuwentong EEE, where current students and alumni share their experiences, struggles, and wisdom to help prepare participants for what lies ahead.
Day 2: EEEI Institour (August 6 | VLC, EEEI)
Continue the festivities face-to-face at the VLC Room in EEEI. Step into your new home and gain insights into your academic journey through Academic Talks featuring invited speakers who will share firsthand knowledge and tips on upcoming courses. Afterwards, join the Freshie Relations team and organization volunteers on the EEEInstitour, a fun tour that introduces participants to the building, its stories, and popular tambayan spots.
Day 3: Campus Tour (August 8 | VLC, EEEI)
To wrap things up, embark on one final trip exploring UP Diliman alongside your newfound friends. Guided by the Freshie Relations team and organization members, participants will visit iconic campus landmarks, discover campus lore, and gain a lasting sense of belonging before the semester officially begins.
