PH’s representative, Michelle Dee, is among the leading candidates in this year’s Miss Universe Fan Vote! On Saturday, October 14, the Miss Universe organization (MUO) announced the Top 10 delegates, in which the results were based on the votes placed before October 12.
“It’s neck and neck! These are the delegates leading the Fan Vote as of Thursday, October 12th (in no particular order),” the post read.

The Fan Vote started on October 7, following the release of the official headshot for each delegate. MUO encouraged its followers to cast their votes through the Miss Universe app or website.
In the comments section, the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 wrote, “Maraming salamat.”
Aside from Dee, the Top 10 delegates include the following:
- Diane Leyre from France
- Sheynnis Palacios from Nicaragua
- Endi Demneri from Albania
- Melissa Flores from Mexico
- Amara Bo from Myanmar
- Karla Acevedo from Puerto Rico
- Celeste Viel from Chile
- Antonia Porsild from Thailand
- Maya Abou El Hosn from Lebanon
The delegate who will acquire the highest number of fan votes will secure a spot in the semifinals. The 72nd Miss Universe will be held in El Salvador on November 18.
