The fourth Travel Sale Expo (TSE 2026), a major annual travel event in the Philippines, will take place from October 2 to 4, 2026, at the SM Megamall Megatrade Hall in Metro Manila.
Located in a prime spot in the center of the exhibition hall (Booths 104 and 109), the Taiwan Pavilion—organized by the Taiwan Tourism Administration—features the slogan Waves of Wonder alongside its signature bright orange visual theme. The pavilion offers Filipino visitors rich travel information and exclusive deals.

The pavilion blends modern style with authentic Taiwanese culture, featuring themed display walls that showcase popular attractions among Filipino travelers, such as flower seasons, hot spring resorts, and theme parks across the island.
Visitors can learn about practical travel details on-site, including the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Taiwan High Speed Rail offer and the visa-free entry policy for Filipino citizens, directly catering to local travel preferences. Additionally, three top local travel agencies are joining the Taiwan Pavilion to provide one-stop consultation and booking services for flight tickets and tour packages.
Three days of excitement: influencer talks and DIY workshops

Throughout the three-day event, the Taiwan Pavilion will host a variety of engaging activities:
- Travel influencer sharing session: On Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, famous Filipino artist and travel content creator Kyle Vergara will take the main stage to share his recent travels in Taiwan and reveal hidden gem destinations.
- Night market games and interactive quizzes: Daily scheduled activities include the Taiwan Kahoot! Challenge, the Check It Out Taiwan video quiz, and classic Taiwanese night market games like the Pinball Challenge and Ring Toss Challenge. Winners can take home limited-edition prizes.
- Cultural DIY experience: Visitors can participate in the traditional Lucky Lantern DIY workshop to craft their own lanterns to take home.

The Taiwan Tourism Administration noted that the Philippines is a crucial tourism market in Southeast Asia. To encourage more international travelers to revisit and explore Taiwan, the administration has launched the Return to Taiwan, Double Your Luck promotion:
- Incentives for returning independent travelers: Foreign independent travelers (staying 3 to 90 days) who have visited Taiwan since January 1, 2023, and are revisiting between October 10, 2026, and March 31, 2027, can register on the campaign website (https://5000.taiwan.net.tw) seven to 90 days prior to departure to enter weekly lucky draws. Winners will receive NT$5,000 in stored-value card credits (applicable for EasyCard, iPASS, or icash2.0). If traveling with a first-time visitor to Taiwan, the companion receives an extra NT$3,000 bonus credit, bringing the combined reward to NT$8,000! Online registration officially opens at 10:00 AM (Taiwan Time) on October 1, 2026.
- Bonuses for corporate incentive travel & MICE side trips: Overseas corporate incentive travel groups staying in licensed accommodations south of Taichung, in Hualien, Taitung, or on offshore islands will receive an extra NT$1,000 per person per night (up to NT$4,000 per person) in addition to existing subsidies. Short-term international visitors attending MICE events in Taiwan can also receive free designated Taiwan tour bus itineraries (half-day or full-day tours) or a TAIWAN PASS travel bundle that includes a three-day High Speed Rail pass.
