Good news for Filipino K-drama fans! Ashtine Olviga and David Licauco are ready to put their chemistry to the test as they lead the local adaptation of the hit Korean series “Fight for My Way.”

On September 28, it was confirmed that Ashtine and David will play the roles of Aira and Hanz, respectively. These characters are also the Filipino counterparts originally played by Kim Ji-won and Park Seo-jun.
Joining the duo are Aubrey Caraan and McCoy De Leon, who will take on the roles originally played by Ahn Jae-hong and Song Ha-yoon.
“Fight for My Way” is a romantic comedy series that centers around four friends who fight to achieve their dreams despite the everyday obstacles they face. The Korean drama premiered in 2017 and instantly became a hit among K-Drama watchers worldwide.

Ashtine is best known for her acting performances in “Ang Mutya ng Section E,” and “Minamahal,” while David starred in numerous hit projects, including “Maria Clara at Ibarra,” “Maging Sino Ka Man,” and “Pulang Araw.”
The local adaptation of “Fight for My Way” will premiere on Viva One on November 20.
