A new pair of multi-talented artists has officially entered the winner’s circle of Your Face Sounds Familiar (YFSF). On April 12, 2026, the beloved weekend show ended on a high note as we welcomed its new champions, JM dela Cerna and Marielle Montellano, commonly known together as JMielle.
Back in 2023, JM and Marielle dominated the competition on the second season of Tawag ng Tanghalan: Duets on It’s Showtime. Three years later, the duo took their exceptional talent and chemistry to new heights on YFSF with superb impersonations of their favorite local and international singers.

It goes without saying that JMielle left lasting impressions on viewers, fans, and the YFSF judges every week. They poured their hearts into every performance, putting their commitment, discipline, and versatility front and center as they shared the stage with their fellow celebrity contestants. Whether they channeled their inner pop superstars or sang their hearts out as legendary balladeers, no challenge was too daunting for JMielle to conquer.

As the show’s “Birit Duo,” JMielle took every opportunity on YFSF to hone their craft and grow artistically. Here are six of their outstanding performances in the competition, leading up to their much-deserved winning moment:
“The Prayer” (as Andrea Bocelli and Céline Dion)
Who would’ve thought we’d be moved to tears in just the first round of the competition? We’ll always remember JMielle’s powerful rendition of “The Prayer” by Andrea Bocelli and Céline Dion, which had everyone in the studio on their feet at the YFSF premiere.
“Shallow” (as Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga)
JMielle served us A Star Is Born realness on YFSF as they transformed into Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. With palpable chemistry and remarkable teamwork, JMielle performed the film’s Oscar-winning original song, “Shallow,” which Cooper and Gaga also sang together at the 2019 Academy Awards.
“Defying Gravity” (as Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande)
Pink indeed goes well with green! In one of their winning performances, JMielle impersonated Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande as the legendary witches of Oz, Elphaba and Glinda, for a wickedly show-stopping cover of “Defying Gravity” that swept us off our feet.
“Ikaw Lamang” (as Janno Gibbs and Jaya)
We love a good throwback in Original Pilipino Music (OPM). In a heartfelt rendition of “Ikaw Lamang,” JMielle paid tribute to the Philippine “King and Queen of Soul,” Janno Gibbs and Jaya. Viewers were in for a duet that certainly brought back fond memories with their significant others.
“Palagi” (as TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan)
The kilig overload never stopped on YFSF as JMielle had the crowd swooning over their cover of the hit song “Palagi.” They gave us a number to remember, capturing the laid-back and endearing energy of TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan onstage.
“And I Am Telling You” (as Jennifer Holiday and Jessica Sanchez)

It all came down to this unstoppable moment. After 12 rounds of spectacular celebrity impersonations that took over our timelines, JMielle capped off their YFSF journeys with an out-of-this-world performance of “And I Am Telling You (I’m Not Going)” from Dreamgirls. We can’t get enough of the “diva-off” they had as Jennifer Holiday and Jessica Sanchez, two vocal powerhouses who sang the song (and broke the internet) on the Season 11 finale of American Idol.

Things are only going uphill for JM and Marielle from now on. Just as the song says, they’re making their mark on the local music scene, and we’re certain that it’s not going anywhere.
