The Filipino-American singer delivered a breathtaking performance of “Die With A Smile” by Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga, earning praise and a standing ovation.

In July 2025, the American Idol alum made waves on social media when she returned as a contestant for the popular talent show. She earned her well-deserved Golden Buzzer and a standing ovation from judges Simon Cowell, Sofía Vergara, Mel B, and Howie Mandel after singing “Beautiful Things” by Benson Boone.
For the semi-finals, she performed her own rendition of JVKE’s “Golden Hour.”
Previously, Jessica Sanchez finished as a runner-up behind Phillip Philipps on the eleventh season of “American Idol.”
