Is your heart ready for some serious fake-dating romance? The film adaptation of “The Love Hypothesis” is finally coming sooner than expected!

Prime Video has unveiled the much-awaited trailer for the upcoming rom-com, giving book readers and fans a glimpse of Lili Reinhart and Tom Bateman’s natural chemistry as Olive and Adam.
As of writing, the official trailer has garnered over 2.8 million views on YouTube.
“Never been this excited about an adaptation before!!! Lili and Tom as Olivie and Adam are perfect,” one social media user wrote.
Another commented: “I’m just smiling the whole time.”
Written by Ali Hazelwood, “The Love Hypothesis” follows graduate student Olive and biology professor Adam Carlsen as they agree to fake-date so Olive can convince her friend that her love life is going well.
For those who missed it, the story was originally published in 2018 as “Head Over Feet,” a Star Wars fan fiction centered on the “Reylo” pairing between Rey and Kylo Ren.
“The Love Hypothesis” premieres exclusively on Prime Video on September 23.
