Antigravity

Let me start with a special type of practice that is available only in Beyond Yoga Studios because they have been certified specifically for it.  It’s called ANTIGRAVITY (by Christopher Harrison) where you perform exercises inspired by yoga,  calisthenics, and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total-body workout. Antigravity teachers are trained not just for you to have fun but to alleviate pains of the body.

YOGA Basics

Going back to the basics is for every level of practitioner. For beginners it’s good to know the principles behind the poses and make sure you have it right and its always refreshing for the advanced to always recheck the current practice with the basics – as the basics will lead to advancement.
