We know Jennifer Lawrence as a kooky actress who knows how to kick butt and fling arrows. But we’re going to see a new side to the actress in her new film Red Sparrow, where she will play a Russian ballerina spy.

In Red Sparrow, Lawrence plays Dominika Egorova, who gets sucked into a Russian government program where she is trained to become a Sparrow. There, she learns to use her beauty to become a seductive killer agent.
However, she is asked to become a double agent and turn on her handlers when one of her targets suspect her true nature.
Lawrence will co-star with Joel Edgerton, Matthia Schoenaerts, Charlotte Rampling, Mary-Louise Parker, and Jeremy Irons. The film is directed by Francis Lawrence, who directed Lawrence in three films from the Hunger Games.
Red Sparrow will premiere on March 2, 2018.
