Top 15 New Restaurants You Should Try When In Manila

This is not just a ribs and steaks place but their burgers are to die for!

“The Beef Kebab Pizza, on the other hand, is the bomb! It’s a thin-crust pizza with beef kebab chunks, veggie shreds and garlic sauce. I’m not really a fan of thin-crust pizza (though I love pizza so much), but this changed my perspective on thin crusts. It’s crispy, flavorful, and super cheesy. I don’t know how it came to taste like that, but I’m certain you’ll be devouring slice after slice and it’ll be gone before you realize it. It’s so good, I wanted another order; but my tummy argues because it was already so full of good food. Definitely something to come back for.” – Mariel Abanes

What we recommend: Sizzling pork chops, PIZZA shawarma

Mazza Shawarma is located at Eton Centris Walk, Edsa cor. Quezon Ave.

“Although poised to be a cocktail bar kind of place with it being adjacent to the Fort Strip area, Paprika offers surprisingly delicious meals that are great for both dinners-before-drinks and drunk munchies or hangover cures. Comfort food is the running theme of their menu – think your grandma’s specialty, taken up a notch.
The most comforting of all the dishes they offer is their Roast Beef Pares; almost exactly like the specialty ones you get off the side streets of your neighbourhood, and guaranteed to cure even the toughest of hangovers.” – Alessi Brugada

What we recommend: Roast Beef Pares, Adobo Overload

2. Pastor’s Gastropub

 Pastor's Gastropub

“Pastor’s Gastropub has much more to it than just good food. It also provides great conversations, a steady ambiance, dedicated chefs and knowledgeable personnel. Although the people behind it offer non-compromising authenticity when it comes to the quality and flavor of their dishes, the gastropub is an overall experience that doesn’t pretend to be anything else than what it offers. So, when looking for a place to just kick back in where you can enjoy a great menu and grab some after-hours drinks, we’d definitely recommend this hidden gem in the heart of Pasay City.” – Bea Celdran

What we recommend: “God’s Butter,” Braised Ox Tail, Paella, Pizza
