Red Baron Ribs and Steaks: Mouthwatering Ribs and Steaks This Side of Quezon City
There’s this awesome place in Quezon City where you can find a restaurant in the weirdest of places. Red Baron Ribs and Steaks is along D. Tuazon and Calamba Streets in Quezon City and they’re next to a car wash, and yes it’s a great place to have your precious car all squeaky clean and try some amazing food as you wait.
Red Baron Ribs and Steaks was once a coffee shop with the same name. However, they revamped the place last Februrary 2014, changing their interiors and signage and serving affordable but quality American steaks.
Imported from the USA, their ribs and steaks are the bomb! Like this big plate of Ribs served as SOLO (1 rice + 1 wildsides) or FULL (2 rice + 3 wildsides). One massive serving of finger-licking ribs at an affordable price!
Next up is the Trio Meltdown – these yummy slabs of meat have very distinct tastes from one another. In a plate, you’ll be getting 3 big servings of steak – one with Truffle Cream, another with Zesty Mediterranean Rub, and one with Classic Honey Garlic.
Another favorite is the Porterhouse, which is an absolute delight. We suggest you order this meat in rare or medium rare (depending on your preference, of course) for soft and chewy meat that can be savored with their sauces.
Next up is the Brunch Monster Burger. This burly and mean-looking burger is my favorite. Best eaten with fries, this stack of certified angus burger with egg, bacon and cheese makes for a spectacular dish making you go yummm with every bite.
All of these delicious dishes come with their respective sides like rice, mashed potatoes, fries or buttered corn. In some dishes, you can even choose to mix and match your sides, depending on your preference. Personally, I love their mashed potatoes, though. It has just the right flavor and texture that slides off the tongue just the way I like it. I liked the buttered corn, too, because, well, who doesn’t like buttered corn?
Since it was a cafe before, it makes sense that Red Baron Ribs and Steaks has some very tasty drinks, too. Some of them were tweaked a little, but some are also brand new.

For dessert, Red Baron served us a cute and very delicious snack to finish off our amazing dinner.
Their Fried Milk, a turon-like dessert, has a custard filling with just the right sweetness to tickle the palate.
