On February 10, 2025, the beauty queen and singer-songwriter had the Philippines beaming with pride as she took home the title of Reina Hispanoamericana in Bolivia. From there, she has explored various creative outlets and blossomed into a rising star to watch.

Whether you know her as an accomplished pageant queen, Juan Karlos’s girlfriend, or the “Singing Reina” of Your Face Sounds Familiar (YFSF) Season 4, there’s no denying Dia’s star power and passion for performing. She’s earning her stripes as an emerging “main pop girl” of Original Pinoy Music (OPM) with a growing discography that shines as brightly as the crown on her head.
Over the past two weekends, Dia spiced up the competition on YFSF with her dynamic impersonations of Maymay Entrata and Tyla. Dia’s performances on the show had the whole crowd up on their feet, and her original music is no different. Here are four of her songs that prove she’s a pop artist with a purpose who also loves to groove:
“Ganda Gandahan” (with Sassa Gurl)

Dia knows a thing or two about giving her fans a major confidence boost. This posh and sultry single by Dia and Asia’s Songbird herself, Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, features the country’s drag pioneers, the Golden Gays, at the heart of their craft as they get all dolled up to put on a fabulous show. Truly, the puksaan, mukhaan, and baklaan will live on through this extensive showcase of queer individuality and artistry.
“Ikaw Ang Pinili Ko”
“At ngayon na mahal kita, ‘wag na ‘wag mong sasayangin.”
Everyone enjoys a sweet, sappy love song from time to time, but Dia switches things up by adding style and flair to her musical love confessions.
“Ikaw Ang Pinili Ko” is Dia’s take on finding true love and cherishing it in a world of overwhelming chaos and fleeting connections. In the song’s heartfelt music video, you can’t help but say “sana all” as she gives us a glimpse into the priceless moments that she and Juan Karlos share amid their hectic day-to-day lives. Now that the two of them starred in a music video together, we’re manifesting a pop-rock duet from them, too.
“Ako Lang”

Jealousy is common in every relationship, and Dia gets that point across in “Ako Lang.” This song is an anthem for every girlfriend who has ever needed reassurance from her partner, especially when an ex or possible third party is in the picture.
