Through Sparkle GMA Artist Center, Kyline Alcantara has addressed the controversy surrounding her split with Kobe Paras.

In a statement, the agency said the actress wishes to move on from the issue and has chosen to maintain her peace.
“Kyline would like to move on with this issue. She has chosen to keep her peace and maintain the respect for the people who have been part of her life. She hopes we can all move on and put this issue to rest,” the statement read.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Kyline emphasized knowing “her truth,” stating she feels no obligation to explain herself.
“Kahit anong sabihin niyo sa akin (Whatever you say about me), it’s okay as long as my intentions are clear. I know my truth. And I know that my truth is the truth. You may have your own side of the story, but my truth is the truth,” she reiterated.
“I really don’t have to explain myself. You can say whatever you want about me as long as alam ni God, alam ng Panginoong Diyos kung ano talaga nasa puso ko (God knows what is truly in my heart). Kung ano talaga yung nangyari (He knows what really happened). I am comfortable with that. I can sleep peacefully at night with that. I can live with that.”
This came after Kobe’s mother, Jackie Forster, accused Kyline of being toxic in the relationship and physically assaulting her son. She also denied the cheating allegations made against Kobe.
Earlier this month, the two unfollowed each other on Instagram, fueling breakup rumors.
Kyline and Kobe confirmed that they were dating in November 2024.
