Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach Jauncey joined this year’s L’Oréal Paris Le Défilé show in Paris, an annual runway event that highlights women from around the world.

Carrying the Philippines with pride, Pia joined women from all over the world in celebrating this year’s theme: Liberty, Equality, Sisterhood. The annual runway highlights beauty, strength, and empowerment, bringing together diverse women to show that when they walk together, they walk stronger.
On Instagram, Pia reflected on the experience of walking the runway while representing the Philippines:
“To walk alongside women from all over the world and carry the [Philippines] with me? That’s the real honor. … Always proud to remind every Filipina: we are seen, we are celebrated, and yes… we are ALWAYS worth it.”
