Paulo Avelino took to social media to ask his fans to stop giving him luxurious gifts. Although he expressed appreciation for these efforts, he emphasized that he prefers receiving handwritten letters.
“Hello, I’m grateful for the material gifts given to me, but as much as I appreciate the gifts and the effort, please stop giving me gifts. I’ve said this before: I prefer handwritten letters to luxurious stuff,” he posted on his Instagram broadcast channel. “I hope people understand and don’t get the wrong impression here.”
The actor even revealed that he keeps all the letters he received, “I keep all the letters given to me.”
Paulo is known for his roles in “I’m Drunk, I Love You,” “Fan Girl,” “The Unmarried Life,” and “Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral.” Among his recent projects were “Elevator” and the Philippine adaptation of “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim.”
