With the Luzon-wide quarantine still ongoing, pet parents need online and delivery services more than ever – even more so if your pet has a special diet. That’s why Pet Warehouse, one of the biggest online pet supply shops, is ready with your Royal Canin Veterinary Diet prescriptions. All you need is a valid prescription of your pet’s veterinary diet.
How to Order
To order, visit their site and place your order. Take note that website orders will be limited to ensure prompt deliveries, but this resets at 12 midnight daily. Pet Warehouse will then contact you via email to fill out the prescription form. Their in-house veterinarian may need to contact your veterinary clinic to verify your prescription. Once you’ve paid via Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal and they’ve confirmed it, they’ll send out your orders.

Take note— delivery time is currently at 7 to 15 business days because of the demand. Unfortunately, Pet Warehouse cannot deliver to provincial areas until the quarantine is lifted, and they cannot deliver to Marikina, Caloocan, Navotas, Malabon, Valenzuela, and Pateros. On the other hand, pickups in their warehouse are now available. Once you select delivery during checkout, pickup won’t be available anymore.

For inquiries and concerns, Pet Warehouse is opening up their Customer Service via SMS and Viber from Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM. There may be a delay in responses because of the volume, though, so please be patient.
