The 98th Academy Awards gave some of the best and biggest names in the film industry their well-deserved recognition.

Paul Thomas Anderson’s black comedy film “One Battle After Another” dominated this year’s Oscars, winning six awards out of 12 nominations. This includes Best Picture, Best Director, Best Filming, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Supporting Actor, and Best Casting.
“One Battle After Another” bested highly acclaimed films “Bugonia,” “F1,” “Frankenstein,” “Hamnet,” “Marty Supreme,” “The Secret Agent,” “Sentimental Value,” “Sinners,” and “Train Dreams” for Best Picture.
Michael B. Jordan won Best Actor for his stellar acting performance in “Sinners.” This marks his first nomination and first win at the prestigious Academy Awards.
Meanwhile, Jessie Buckley won Best Actress for the historical drama “Hamnet.” Previously, she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for “The Lost Daughter” in 2022.
