One Direction recently released their music video for Perfect. The song, written by members Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson, is rumored to be about Harry’s ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift. With lyrics such as: “And if you’re looking for someone to write your breakup songs about. Baby, I’m perfect. Baby, we’re perfect,” netizens couldn’t help but think of Taylor Swift.
In an interview in Smallzy’s Surgery, Harry talked about his “inspiration” for the song: “It doesn’t always have to be an exact story. I don’t think you’ll necessarily change the story. You may elaborate a tiny bit, but not everything is so obvious.”
