In a heartfelt Instagram post, Gee shared how joining Superbods Era 2026, a health and fitness competition, became a “plot twist” that has transformed her life for the better.

“I dedicate this to 2024 Gee,” she wrote. “Thank you @centurytunasuperbods, for giving me a platform to share more than just a physical transformation—and for bringing out a side of me I hadn’t met before.”
She dedicated this journey to fellow solo parents, emphasizing that this redirection allowed her to meet her “strongest self.”
“This walk is for the solo parents, for anyone finding their way back to their Muchness, their strongest selves and most of all, for my boy Caleb,” she added.
Gee Canlas is a well-known actress, TV host, and podcaster.
