“There’s nothing to be ashamed of. I love working as a call center agent.” That’s how proud Kristine “Gaile” Lopez was when she was asked her about her thoughts on working in a call center industry.
There are a lot of misconceptions about working at a call center. One of which is having a “no-brainer” job. Fortunately, those days are gone. People now respect them even more and are beginning to appreciate the hardships and talents of call center workers. Such is the recent milestone of this proud call center agent.
Her name is Kristine “Gaile” Lopez, an Account Associate from one of the accounts at VXI.
According to her colleagues, Gaile likes working at VXI and thinks the company is extremely passionate about its people. For her, she prioritizes her work but joins beauty pageants everytime she has a chance. Nevertheless, she aims to win the Miss World Philippines 2016 crown.
Ultimately, she defines success as something not done overnight. She also explains that to be able to be successful, one must work harder and give it your best shot!
When not working, Gaile bakes cookies either for selling or personal pleasures. When we asked her what superpower she’d like to have, she immediately said: “to magically make food appear.” Indeed, this goddess definitely has a knack for food.
Although there are more alternative job offers now than before, call center positions still remain the pleasant choice for most people.
