Following this, Mr. Juan Carlos Domรญnguez, President of ChileCarne, discussed Chile’s key attributes and its production system, which contributes to the high quality of Chilean pork.ย
The event’s highlight was a cooking presentation by the resident Chef of the Grand Hyatt, Mark Hagan. Chef Hagan prepared three Filipino recipes, with a twist โ they featured Chilean pork.
