If there’s anything that JL Gaspar proves, it’s that dreams are always worth fighting for, no matter how hard or far they may seem.
Jay Lawrence Gaspar, more popularly known as JL, is the epitome of grit and passion. His journey to global stardom is a testament not only to his talents as a performer but also to his spirit as a person. Born and raised in the Philippines, JL is an ace of many talents—singing, dancing, performing, you name it. In 2025, he won first place on the South Korean survival show Universe League, receiving over 3 million votes and subsequently debuting as a member of the K-pop boy group AHOF, where he currently serves as Main Vocalist, Visual, and Center. He is also recognized as the first male Filipino who officially debuted as a K-pop idol, joining the likes of UNIS’ Gehlee and Elisia, and KATSEYE’s Sofia. Prior to this, on March 31, 2023, he debuted as the youngest member of the P-pop boy group PLUUS.
JL Gaspar Philippines, otherwise known as JLPH, is the official and pioneer Filipino fanbase for AHOF’s JL. Since its establishment in 2023, JLPH has remained committed to implementing projects and events that spotlight JL as a rising artist on both the local and international stage. With his upcoming birthday, JLPH aims to mount a large-scale celebration that will allow fans of JL and AHOF to come together and celebrate as one community.
“Ace of Hearts” is a one-day fan gathering event for JL’s 22nd birthday celebration. The event will feature booths from partner fanbases, organizations, sponsors, and merchants, where fans can grab exclusive freebies, merchandise, and memorabilia to remember the occasion. There will also be JL-themed games and activities for fans to enjoy together, complete with exciting prizes.
The event will also showcase performances from cover groups and rising P-pop artists, all in the spirit of uplifting local talent. It will conclude with a special birthday program dedicated to the celebrant. Notably, the event is expected to be one of the largest fan-initiated AHOF gatherings in recent history, with an anticipated turnout of over 300 attendees.
“Ace of Hearts” is more than just a fan event. It serves as an avenue for fans to express their love and appreciation for JL on his birthday while connecting with fellow supporters. It celebrates the charm, skill, and talent of an artist who continues to break boundaries and make history. It also stands as a reminder that, like JL, the first step toward achieving dreams is to keep playing—no matter the cards you’re dealt.
“Ace of Hearts” will be held on April 26, 2026, at the 5F Sun Garden, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, from 2:00 PM onwards.
