Online Wellness Workshop Focuses on PCOS and Hormone Balance This April

An online wellness workshop on hormone balance titled “Redefining P.C.O.S: Pause. Choose. Sustain” will be held on April 25, 2026, Saturday, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM via Zoom, discussing evidence-based knowledge to support women in managing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and improving hormone balance.

This two-hour session is designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of PCOS and equip them with practical, sustainable strategies through engaging workshops, a health talk, and a cooking session that can be applied in daily life.

The event will begin with a Centering Sitting Yoga and Mindfulness Activity, aimed at promoting stress reduction and mental clarity. This will be followed by a Cycle Management Workshop, where participants may learn about hormonal patterns and adopt lifestyle practices that support cycle regulation.

An informative Health Talk on Lifestyle and PCOS will provide participants with evidence-based insights into how habits—such as nutrition, physical activity, and external factors—may affect hormonal health.

The program will also include a Teaching Kitchen Workshop, offering a guided, interactive experience focused on preparing simple, nourishing meals that support hormone balance. This emphasizes the role of food as a key component in managing PCOS and maintaining overall well-being.

The wellness workshop seeks to empower participants to take an active role in their health by making simple yet sustainable lifestyle choices. The event will be conducted through Zoom, allowing participants to join conveniently from any location. It is open to individuals who currently have PCOS or those who seek to better understand the condition, improve hormonal health, and adopt a balanced approach to wellness.
