This Branch of Macao Imperial Tea Doubles as a Co-Working Space

I had never tried doing legit work in a co-working space before because of the following reasons: 1. I have a full-time job and 2. Even though I can do some side hustle jobs in a co-working space, I usually don’t find them cozy enough. I don’t know. Most co-working spaces have this intimidating feel to them with professionals going there to do their work.

Luckily, there’s this new co-working space just behind UST that can double as your friends’ tambayan at the same time. Whether you are a student or a professional, you will definitely feel at home at 107 Co-Working by Macao Imperial Tea.

Upon entering the establishment, you wouldn’t think that there’s actually a 385sqm co-working space in the Pacific Suites building in Dapitan.

The first floor is dedicated to the Macao Imperial Tea counter where you can order your favorite milk tea flavors and pastries. Going up to the second floor of the building is reserved for their regular customers and a few enclosed rooms for when you want to have company or group meetings, seminars, or workshops. The third floor is dedicated exclusively to members of the 107 Co-working Space.

Wondering what’s in store for you at one of the newest co-working space in the Metro? Here are some special features that you might love:

Sockets Everywhere!!!

Whether you are a member of their co-working space or are just a regular customer who wants to chill out at their cozy dine-in space, you will find sockets subtly placed at all of the tables so you can charge your gadgets as needed.

A Spacious Area

Believe it or not, the place can seat more than a hundred people comfortably. This means there’s room for everyone to roam and you won’t have to worry about finding a space to work in. They have clean, light, minimalistic interiors which complement the neutral color of the place with just a touch of color every now and then.

Not all co-working spaces have lockers. I’ve visited a few ones during events and unfortunately, they lack this facility. Luckily, 107 Co-working Space has them. Whether you are a student or a professional, you are sure to find them convenient and useful if you have a long work day ahead. Wouldn’t it be fun to have peace of mind while working or hanging out at their members’ area?

Mail Handling Service

Most co-working space users obviously don’t have an office in the Metro. If your house cannot be detected by GPS apps or you simply want to formalize your business mails, you can get your packages delivered to 107 Co-Working Space instead. They would definitely make for a good office address.

Complimentary Office Equipment

Need a computer, a scanner, or a telephone? You can use their in-house equipment for free to make your life easier. You can also use their printer for a minimal charge per usage.

Meeting Areas

Do you and your groupmates need to have a meeting? Does your organization need a venue for a workshop or seminar? 107 Co-Working has got your venue needs covered. You can rent out one of their ‘meeting’ rooms for your org’s official events.

A Fun Space

Whether you are fond of working alone, with your thesis partner, or with your friends; group study is so much more fun when you hang out at 107 co-working space!

You can order your favorite milk tea flavors and some delicious pastries all while being productive. Work and play have never been this fun, to be honest.

I felt super at home here because it doesn’t feel like a co-working space at all. Everything is laid-back and relaxed. From their pretty murals to their cozy interiors, what more could you ask for? I’m sure you’ll be inspired to work all day long at this place.
