Celebrity Chef Rolando Laudico and Pampanga native Chef Sau del Rosario will join as they cook dishes that infuses modern twists to Filipino cooking, Sabrina Artadi, star of Asian Channel’s Sabrina’s Kitchen will also share her tips and techniques on home cooking.
Pampanga’s very own Lillian Borromeo of the famous Kusina Atching Lillian will also be among the cooking icons that will grace Big Bite! The Northern Food Festival. Atching (means “ate”) Lillian has been serving authentic Kapampangan cuisine in her ancestral home since 1990s.
Here she demonstrates how she makes her famous Pandecillo de San Nicolas, her famous San Nicolas cookies.
