The name SHIDO (始動), meaning “starting in motion,” reflects a philosophy rooted in evolution—where Japanese cuisine, culture, and hospitality are continually reinterpreted while remaining true to their origins. Through seasonal menus, immersive dining experiences, and meaningful moments of connection, SHIDO offers guests a dynamic way to experience Japan.
