South Korean actor Kwak Dong-yeon is set to enlist this year.

According to a report by The Korea Times, Dong-yeon will enlist as an active-duty officer on August 25.
“Kwak Dong-yeon will faithfully carry out his military duty,” his company, The Black Label, said.
Following his upcoming enlistment, he will no longer appear on the variety show “The Village Barber,” which also stars actors Park Bo-gum and Lee Sang-yi.
Kwak Dong-yeon gained prominence for his role in “Love in the Moonlight.” He also had memorable acting performances in “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay,” “Vincenzo,” “Big Mouth,””Gaus Electronics,” and “Queen of Tears.”
