After many, many years of waiting, Jennifer Lawrence has finally joined Instagram.

The award-winning actress has launched her verified account on the popular social media platform after years of avoiding it. However, she made sure that the fans (and everyone else) are aware that her first choice for a username was already taken.
She is now on the app as @jlaw, and as of writing, she has over 500,000 followers already.
While the 36-year-old actress has yet to share her first photo (and we can’t wait for the photo dumps to arrive as well), fans are also looking forward to her upcoming projects in the near future.
Jennifer Lawrence is an actress and producer best known for portraying the iconic role of Katniss Everdeen in “The Hunger Games” film series and Mystique in the “X-Men” films. She has also starred in numerous films such as “Silver Linings Playbook,” “American Hustle,” and “Joy,” among others.
