Ben&Ben’s collaboration song with SB19, “Kapangyarihan” has been chosen as the official theme song of “Pulang Araw”!

“Kapangyarihan” is a song with a powerful message, the second collaboration of SB19 and Ben&Ben (or what fans call SBen19). Released in 2021, this track is part of Ben&Ben’s album “Pebble House, Vol. 1: Kuwaderno.”
Meanwhile, “Pulang Araw” is the star-studded and much-anticipated show coming soon on Netflix and Philippine TV! The upcoming GMA show’s cast members are led by Alden Richards, Barbie Forteza, David Licauco, Sanya Lopez, and Dennis Trillo.
This Philippine drama war series is another historical fiction from the creators of “Maria Clara at Ibarra.” It tells the story of four childhood friends: Adelina (played by Barbie Forteza), Teresita (played by Sanya Lopez), Hiroshi (played by David Licauco), and Eduardo (played by Alden Richards). Set during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines, their dreams, friendships, and loyalty will be challenged in unexpected ways.
It also sees Dennis Trillo take on his first major kontrabida role as Colonel Yuta Saitoh, a Japanese imperial army officer.
“Pulang Araw” is written by Suzette Doctolero and directed by Dominic Zapata, premiering on Netflix starting July 26th and will air on GMA Network on July 29th.
