A Full Moon in Leo is coming later this week (January 28) which ushers in a time to celebrate ourselves, of tapping into our hearts, and finding out what it truly yearns for. As we bid goodbye to the first month of the year, it would help to reflect on whether you are giving yourself the love you need and deserve, and let that carry over to the following month. This can mean taking some time off to do intensive self-care, or figuring out what you truly want in a lifelong partner, or improving your relationship with your significant other.

Remember that the only way you can move forward is by learning your lessons from past hurts and mistakes and truly tuning in to your inner voice to guide you to where you need to be.

Here’s what the Full Moon in Leo has in store for you this week:

Aries (March 20 to April 19)

You may be feeling lost and confused on which path you should take, even though you were so confident about it before. So much doubt is holding you back from taking that step forward, and you only need to separate yourself from those negative thoughts and look at the whole picture. Remember that nothing is ever as bad as it seems.

Taurus (April 19 – May 20) 

You may be getting impatient in your journey towards your goals and you may fall into the trap of making impulsive decisions without regard for the consequences. Stop for a moment and think your actions through so you don’t end up making mistakes that could have been avoided. Take this time to enjoy yourself too and indulge in things that make you happy.

Gemini (May 20 – June 21)

You’ve been living moment to moment lately, rushing through things without thinking and feeling frustrated when things don’t go the way you expected them to. Stop where you are and start planning your next steps carefully. You don’t need to rush as long as you stay committed to your journey!

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

You are feeling very inspired to follow your heart and chase after your dreams, but remember that living in your head can only take you so far. You have to act on them to make them real! It’ll be hard at first, but once you take it step-by-step, it’ll eventually get easier. Just don’t give up halfway and, most importantly, know when to take breaks!

Leo (July 22 – August 23)

You are struggling to make an important decision right now as many choices lay before you. Trying to avoid making the choice will only worsen the situation, so take time to gather as much information as you can, separate your mind from your emotions, and consider the best one that will benefit everyone involved. Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

You may be experiencing an emotional block right now that is holding you back from maintaining good relationships with the people around you. Arguments are normal, but don’t let them ruin your friendships! Libra (September 22 – October 23)

You’ve managed to avoid some huge disaster from happening in your life, thanks to your becoming consciously aware of your negative thought patterns. Let go of your fear of change and need to control situations. Remember that, no matter how bad things seem, everything will always be okay in the end.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 22)

Lately, you’ve been taking far too many responsibilities, more than you can chew, and you’re disappointed when the results don’t match your expectations. Because of this, feelings of resentment are threatening to spill out of you. Let go of what isn’t worth your time and prioritize doing things you know will benefit you in the long run.

Sagittarius (November 21 – December 21)

You may be experiencing some disappointing setbacks lately. It’s okay to feel bad about them but don’t wallow in your misery for an extended period of time. Pick yourself up and focus instead on the many wonderful things that are happening all around you, no matter how small and simple! Pisces (February 18 – March 20)

You feel like you’re stuck in place with nowhere to go, and not knowing what to do next. It’s perfectly normal to feel this. Allow yourself time to really think about where you currently are and where you should be heading. It’s best that you let your mind rule over your decisions instead of your emotions right now. Sacrifice the small pleasures you may be tempted to take for the sake of long-term success.
