Are you ready to set sail and answer the call of the ocean? This October, you can experience Disney’s Moana Live-to-Film Concert, featuring the film’s acclaimed score and Grammy-winning soundtrack performed live alongside the movie.

Taking place from October 3 to 4, 2026, at The Theatre at Solaire, Moana features an inspiring score by Grammy®-winning composer Mark Mancina (Tarzan) and a vibrant soundtrack that draws inspiration from the cultures and rhythms of the Pacific Islands, giving the film its authentic and distinctive sound. Audiences can also look forward to a special performance by the 78-member Filharmonika Orchestra, conducted by Gerard Salonga.
The film’s music is also the result of a collaboration between Mancina, Emmy-, Grammy-, and Tony Award-winning songwriter Lin-Manuel Miranda (Hamilton), and Opetaia Foa’i, composer and founder of the Polynesian band Te Vaka.
If you love fan-favorite songs like “You’re Welcome,” “We Know the Way,” and “How Far I’ll Go,” you can expect to hear them performed live during the concert.
Originally released as an animated film, Moana follows the journey of a strong-willed and independent daughter of a village chief who sets sail across the ocean to restore a mystical relic to the goddess Te Fiti.
Fans are also seeing the beloved story in a new light this year. Following the success of the 2016 animated film, Disney’s upcoming live-action adaptation will star Catherine Laga’aia as Moana, while Dwayne Johnson reprises his role as Maui.
