Esnyr’s Iconic High School Multiverse Is Back—and These Celebrities Are Making It Extra Special

Some of the fondest memories we made in life took place in high school.

The moments we shared with our classmates-turned-constants weren’t all sunshine and rainbows, but they made up a simpler, happier time that we wouldn’t give up for the world. And even though our uniform-clad days are past us now, we’ll always look back on them fondly—just like our “Viral Bestie” Esnyr Ranollo does in her latest ode to our student lives.

We all know and love Esnyr for a variety of reasons. One that comes to mind is her hilarious school-themed skits on social media, which have introduced us to his multiverse of characters we call klasmeyts. She went on to transform his viral bite-sized stories into full-blown productions on YouTube, featuring a who’s who of pop culture in each episode.

Filipinos couldn’t help but miss Esnyr’s feel-good, relatable mini-series in the months she spent on Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition (PBB Collab) and the many projects that followed. Now, the long wait is finally over. Esnyr’s iconic high school multiverse has officially returned, and she couldn’t have chosen better co-stars for its monumental comeback.

In First Day High, Esnyr relives the excitement, nerves, and utter chaos of a new school year. It’s not a far cry from the series’ previous episodes, which also capture our core memories on- and off-campus.

With the help of her artistahin friends in entertainment and content creation, Esnyr has penned a love letter to our youth that has us laughing like there’s no tomorrow. First Day High wouldn’t be the same without this star-studded roster, which is why we’re rolling out the red carpet for them.

The “found family” feels are through the roof on First Day High as Esnyr brought one of his PBB Collab core friend groups together for some early-morning laughs.

Klarisse de Guzman, Shuvee Etrata, Mika Salamanca, and Will Ashley lit up our screens with their quick-witted dynamics and spot-on portrayals of a Filipino household, which we also witnessed last year in Call Me Mother.

If Vice Ganda were your school’s principal, you probably wouldn’t miss a single day of class. And apparently, neither would Precious, Balong, Andrei, and every other character in Esnyr’s high school multiverse who had the honor of watching the “Unkabogable Phenomenal Box Office Superstar” welcome them to another academic year.

A Little Help From the Industry’s Big Leagues

Nobody could contain their joy upon watching Donny Pangilinan, Belle Mariano, and Enchong Dee in First Day High. It truly doesn’t get any more big-time than this!

Enchong had us in stitches as Mr. Dee Makalimot, a yearning extraordinaire with boundless knowledge on love and heartbreak. And DonBelle gave us nothing short of a kilig overload as two smitten teachers whose chemistry made the whole student body swoon.

No matter where Esnyr’s rise to stardom takes her, she’ll always uplift her fellow social media personalities who’ve rooted for her since day one. A win for her is a massive feat for the LGBTQIA+ community, too, and their roles in First Day High get that point across. We spotted:

Local pop culture also shone bright, thanks to cameos by:

  • Alas Pilipinas’ outside hitter Bella Belen,
  • Actress and comedienne Donna Cariaga,
  • Award-winning actor Empoy Marquez, and
  • Miss Philippines Earth 2025 and honorary “Dogshow Diva” Joy Barcoma.

Some of the country’s most promising actors and artists stole the spotlight as Esnyr’s new klasmeyts. Whether they’re a queen bee or an adorable nerd-turned-academic rival, there’s no denying these fresh faces’ acting chops.

Krystal Mejes and Alyanna Angeles helped Esnyr serve Mean Girls realness at the cafeteria, earning awestruck stares left and right for their Barbie-like glam and posh pink uniforms.

Meanwhile, actor and model Jayson Salunga David captured our hearts with his book-smart charm. Artist and content creator Jeremiah “Jeo” Ong also stood his own as the musically inclined campus heartthrob.

Esnyr’s Very Own F4 (or F3?)

Ang haba ng hair ni Precious! And rightfully so; one of the main characters in Esnyr’s multiverse deserves to live out her Meteor Garden fantasy.

At ang F4 (or F3, rather) ng buhay niya? None other than the utterly charismatic Brent Manalo, Shan Vesagas, and Anthony Constantino. Will Jeremiah Lisbo return to the series as the final piece of Precious’s teleserye-worthy love story? Nothing’s sure yet. But it’s only a matter of time before we find out who’ll be the Dao Ming Si to her Shan Cai.
