2. Beiruti Bite
Middle Eastern cuisine is something that we are all familiar with, but only a handful few know the experience and the taste. Thankfully, Beiruti Bite opened its doors in Quezon City to bring us authentic flavors of the Middle East. With flown-in ingredients and a Lebanese chef, it is almost as good as dining in Beirut.
Falafel, Php140
Cold mezzas at Php120 each. Hummus, moutabal and baba ganoush
Kafta, Php190 and Grilled Beef, Php195
Beiruti Bite could be one of the best new restaurants of 2015 and is certainly a must visit. Beiruti Bite: A Big Bite from Beirut!

1. Tra Vinh
Tra Vinh, the restaurant closest to my heart where every visit never disappoints. Every visit after the initial one has been consistent. With flavors that remind Vietnamese friends of mine of home, Tra Vinh is one of those restaurants I deem worthy of the monstrous traffic and long drive from Makati City to Quezon City and I do visit it at least once a month at that!
Phở Dac Biet or combination beef noodle soup, Php230
Goi Cuon Thom Tit or special fresh spring rolls, Php180
Goi Xoai Tom or prawn mango salad, Php250. Goi Buroi Tom or prawn pomelo salad, Php240 and the Goi Ga or chicken salad, Php210

So ,what will 2016 bring? Nobody really knows but one thing I am sure of is that if I got a repeat of this year, do expect a part 2 of this list by next year.
