Fair warning before you go any further in this article: the new Avengers: Endgame TV spot definitely lets on more than any of the other trailers did. We get the first glimpses of what may actually be spoilers. While the previous teasers and trailers were deliberately vague and left much to the imagination, this one is bit looser with the information it gives out.
(These “Avengers: Endgame” character posters are getting us hyped for the movie!)
For one, there is speculation that clips of the final battle between Thanos and Iron Man are actually shown. Another is confirmation that Tony makes it back to earth (there’s a sweet moment of reunion between himself and Pepper Potts). The last thing we noticed is the team aboard the Guardian’s ship, the Benatar. The significance of this is that we finally get an inkling of what their big plan might just be, and also why there were so many dramatic shots of the Avengers walking across an airport-like setting in previous trailers.
