WATCH: Taekwondo artist breaks 111 blocks with his head in 35 seconds

In sports, you need to learn how to use your head. And sometimes, that means literally.

A Bosnian taekwondo black belt named Kerim Ahmetspahic established a new Guinness World Record after breaking 111 concrete slabs with his head in 35 seconds on Sunday (Monday in Manila).

The mind-blowing thing about this whole accomplishment is that he’s only 16 years old, and he did it in not the normal way other people would do it.

He somersaulted over the pile of blocks and banged his head down on them until they were all crushed and broken.

A delegation from the Guinness Book of World Records was there to witness Ahmetspahic set the new record.
