Yesterday, arrested road rage suspect Vhon Martin Tanto was presented at the Manila Police District. There, PNP Chief Bato Dela Rosa asked Tanto how he got his black eye, upon which Tanto replied that he got into a fist fight.
After that, the PNP Chief joked that he would teach Tanto how to punch better because he got mad for losing in a fist fight. He also said he would teach Tanto some deep breathing tips for anger management.
