Looks like PNP Chief Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa really has a humorous bone in his body.
If you can remember, he went viral during President Rodrigo Duterte’s inauguration, when he was caught on camera “excitedly” shaking his head. He said that he did that because his daughter called him asking where he was in Malacanang. He told his daughter to look for him on the screen and he will shake his head.
Now, he goes viral again when he recreated his baby picture. The photo is posted on Online Trend Facebook page.
