Greetings, future Iskolars! Feeling overwhelmed with your review materials and don’t know where to start? Do you need help boosting your knowledge or a guiding hand to kickstart your college entrance exam preparation?
Worry no more, as the UP Industrial Engineering Club (UP IE Club) is back with the UP College Admission Mastery Program (UPCAMP) this 2026!
UPCAMP is a yearly flagship program by the UP IE Club, catering to senior high school students across Quezon City in preparation for their college entrance examinations.
This year’s host school is San Francisco High School, located on Misamis St., Bago Bantay, Quezon City. The review program will run for six Saturdays starting March 21, covering a wide range of topics including mathematics, the sciences, reading comprehension, and language proficiency.
SHAPED IN THE PAST
Powered by UP students, volunteers, partners, and alumni, UPCAMP has remained true to its goal for 24 years—providing free and quality review sessions for public high school students.
Originally launched in 2001 by Sir Ronald Po, a former professor from the UP Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and a UP IE Club alumnus, the College Jump-Start Seminar (CJSS) has since evolved into what is now known as UPCAMP.
Over the decades, UPCAMP has continuously bridged socioeconomic gaps by making education more accessible to those in need, upholding the belief that education is a fundamental human right—not a privilege for a select few.

Today, the challenge of accessibility in education still persists, making the mission of UPCAMP more relevant than ever. Through this initiative, the UP IE Club continues to uphold its core value of service, believing in the power of education and the impact of empowered youth.
UPCAMP 2026 is made possible through its dedicated volunteers and partners who share its vision and commitment to meaningful change.
