Tree Top Adventure Baguio – Experience the Extreme
The architecturally designed tall buildings, fast cars and different outlets of fashion designer shops of Manila are all part of the usual scenery of the modern day heroes we call corporate employees. As we go along with our days, though, we love to do different things for a change. Well, there are two places that we can spend our weekends, vacations and team building activities at if our organisations want to get out of the city. One of them isย Tree Top Adventure Baguio.
Canopy Ride
ย
Experience extreme adventure and extreme relaxation at Tree Top Adventure Baguio, the only motorized zipline in the Philippines and the only team-building facility in Baguio. With 7 outdoor activities and team-building facilities located within Camp John Hay surrounded by pine trees and overlooking breathtaking views, Tree Top Adventure Baguio offers an adventure of a lifetime.
Team-building packages and the motorized activities
For the thrill seekers who want to experience extreme adventure, you might want to try their Tree Drop, in which youโll be suspended 60 feet above the ground, mission impossible style and falling as fast as 2 to 3 seconds. This is Tree Topโs most extreme activity and only costs Php150. This is one way to really quench your thirst for an adrenaline rush.
You might also want to try their rides done in pairs: the Superman Ride and the Silver Surfer. As the name implies, youโll be zip lining Superman Style for 200 meters long 150 feet above the ground, but instead of just doing it forwards, you will also zipline backwards. The Silver Surfer, on the other hand, is a 60-degree diagonal motorised zipline, in which youโll be standing on a specialized platform and gliding up and down for three cycles. Expect stops and swings with every cycle. For Php300 and Php200 respectively, you can experience what superheroes feel like as they fly and glide through the air.
Funicular Ride
For those who want to experience extreme relaxation, you can try the Canopy and Funicular ride, which costs Php350. The Canopy is similar to the concept of cable cars, but instead, youโll be seated on cable chairs that will transfer you from one station to another until you complete all 8 stations. When you reach station 4 of the Canopy, you will walk for around 2 to 3 minutes until you reach the connecting ride of Canopy, the Funicular ride.
This ride is similar to the concept of an elevator, but instead of standing up, youโll be sitting down. This is a great way for you to conquer your fear of heights. However, if you have an extreme fear of heights, you can just avail of the Trekking and Skywalk, where you can around Tree Topโs area and go up the skywalk area or the viewing deck to see the mountains of Itogon, Benguet (the so-called old Baguio) before. You can stay at the Skywalk areas long as you want to take pictures and feel the cold breeze, too.
Silver Surfer
ย
If your company plans on having a convention or seminar at Baguio, you might want to experience Tree Topโs team-building activities that include two high element activities (Tree Drop and Silver Surfer), 5 low element activities, a boodle lunch and facilitators for just Php800 per head. The activities will really challenge each member and how they work with their workmates. Work and play, as the clichรฉ says!
