You may love Tipsy Pig for their Sisig Tacos, savory Pinoy dishes with a twist, and amazing cocktails, but with new additions to their menu, there’s definitely something more to look forward to at Tipsy Pig.
The gastropub in QC, Pasig, and BGC, just released a new all-day breakfast menu with new and exciting dishes. They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but who’s to say you can’t enjoy a hearty breakfast meal during the wee hours of the night?
Sisig Tacos
We got to try the new all-day breakfast items at Tipsy Pig, and they’re all guaranteed to perk up any part of your day.
Tipsy Pig’s new Chicken and Waffles was instantly my favorite because of how flavorful and savory the boneless fried chicken was. The golden waffles were also cooked to perfection, and it’s served with whipped butter and waffle syrup. The sweetness of the waffles was perfectly complemented by the tasty seasoning of the fried chicken.
They also have a number of classic American breakfast options that are sure to fill your stomach. The Tipsy Pancakes (Supreme version) includes three massive pancakes served with bacon, breakfast links, sausage, and eggs. Anyone with a huge appetite will enjoy this dish for sure!
The Tipsy French Toast is also such a delightful treat, especially with the perfectly cooked gigantic slices of french toast. The Supreme version also includes slices of bacon, breakfast links, sausage, and eggs.
If you’re looking for more international options, Tipsy Pig’s all-day breakfast menu has that as well.
The Eggs Benedict comes with your choice of flavorful smoked salmon and cream cheese or Canadian ham. Personally, of course, we’d recommend that you try the savory smoked salmon. It’s also served with a side of salad and crispy potato chips!
We also got to try the new Kimchi Fried Rice with Crispy Shredded Galbi. It’s highly recommended if you love spicy kimchi rice, or if you just need that extra kick for the day.
Aside from all these delicious and hearty new breakfast meals, you can also still enjoy some of the OG breakfast dishes such as the Tipsy Tapa, Thick Cut Tupsy Bacon, and mouthwatering Adobo Confit.
