Ahhh. Shopping. Who doesn’t love to shop? I shop quite a bit myself, but after all is done, I always make it a point to reuse my old shopping bags if they are still in good shape. What about you? What do you do with those plastic or paper bags after you’ve unpacked all of the fun goodies that you bought at the mall?
If you tend to shop a lot, but don’t want your old shopping bags to collect dust or take up too much space in your home at the same time, you need to check out The Second Bag.

As per its Facebook page, The Second Bag is an effort to educate people on the importance of environmental preservation by recycling old shopping bags they now call ‘second bags’. They aim to provide an alternative for disposable plastic bags and paper bags used in our everyday markets with hopes of conserving and preserving the environment.
I absolutely love the idea behind this and think more people should become more mindful of the shopping bags that they use on a daily basis. Please help support this cause by spreading the word, donating your own secondhand bags, or at least reuse your own whenever you can. :)
