When in Manila and you want to have a good dinning experience, head on over to Sweet Bella at Greenbelt 5!
Started 2 years ago, Sweet Bella just opened its 2nd branch at Greenbelt 5 with a wider selection of menus including some top food from Melos. And last November 27, I was one of the lucky few who got invited to sample and taste the new dishes that they have to offer.

Pink is IN in this restaurant!
Â
Â
Â
Â
We were served different kinds of dishes that night and everyone was just so excited to take a bite!

Â
Co-bloggers, trying out and taking photos of the food
Â
Â
Â
Â
First, they gave us a drink to pump us up for the night.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Sweet Bella has their OWN mixes for their drinks which they give unique names.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Dundee Martini–vodka-based drink + watermelon
Â
Â
Â
Â
I got a Dundee Martini that night, it  has a kick of alcohol and the after taste is the sweet watermelon!
Â
Â
Â
Â
After we warmed up with our seatmates, they served us the appetizerS which made me crave for more!
Â
Â
Â
Â
Different types of Oyster Dishes!
Â
Â
Â
Â
It was my 1st time (ever) to try oysters. And Sweet Bella’s Fresh Oysters did not disappoint!
Â
Â
Â
Â
Fresh Oysters + Red Sauce
Â
Â
Â
Â
My (new) favorite was the 2nd dish they served.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Fresh Oysters + Champagne Sauce! So addicting!
Â
Â
Â
Â
The crowd’s favorite and the last oyster dish.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Oyster Rockefeller (cheese + bacon bits)
Â
Â
Â
Â
After that, they served us the ever-famous Gambas, the Sweet Bella way!
Â

Â
Â
Â
They pair this up with their bread which they bake fresh everyday.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Not your ordinary bread! Super YUMMY (and TASTY)!
Â
Â
Â
Â
And after they filled our stomachs with gastronomic seafood dishes, they surprised us with the main course…
Â
Â
Â
Â
Wagyu Steak (rib-eye cut) + Garlic Mashed Potato in Truffle Oil
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
The steak experience really blew me off! The half-cooked meat melts in your mouth and is full of flavor. The mashed potato on the side added more flavor to the meal.
Â
Â
Â
Â
They also served us pasta which has a really unique flavorful taste!
Â
Â
Â
Â

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
All in all it was food heaven at this dainty place!

Sweet Bella’s FAMOUS Macaroons
Â
Â
Â
Â
Different flavors to choose from! My favorite: Salted Caramel! YUM!
Â
Â
Â
Â
With the (super sweet and nice) Owner, Cristina Santiago-Rivera, the Chef and Mother of “Bella”
Â
Â
Â
Â
Before I went home, they were nice enough to give me a box of their famous Sweet Bella Macaroons which made me so giddy!
