In the post, she answers the question that people have been asking. “Yes, I got a C-Section because baby’s heart rate slowed down and after being induced 3 times, I still hadn’t dilated,” she wrote.
Induced labor helps stimulate contractions in order to achieve a vaginal birth.
She also shared her post-partum workout routine for the next few months to help her get back to shape. “Workouts I can do now (almost 2 months post-partum): uphill walking/biking. Light weights.”
“Next month I’ll add light squats and long sesh on the bike,” she continued. “And month 4 I’ll start boxing and slowly doing abs.”
She then posted a video of herself working out, revealing her goal of losing 1 KG every week. “Not allowed to diet because of breast feeding. So be kind to self and be REALISTIC,” she added. “Got to lose fat first then tone. Have to [lose] 8 KG to get back to my original weight. #RoadToMe.”
Solenn gave birth to her first daughter with husband Nico Bolzico on New Year’s Day. On an emotional vlog, she revealed the difficulties she experienced throughout her pregnancy. You can read more about it here.
